Why Owl Books?
Someone asked why did I want to start a bookstore when people don’t seem to be reading nowadays? When there is so much information available online?
Well I am hoping to encourage more people- adults and children to read instead of using their digital gadgets. Reading a book invites you to slow down and be fully present, making it a relaxing break from our screen-filled lives.
Books makes you travel to another portal. They help us to unwind and escape from our mundane daily routines. And there is nothing like holding a physical book in your hands. The feel of the pages, the weight of the book, even its scent can make reading more enjoyable. It is a rich sensory experience.
